   Proposal Description:
   The objectives of this project are to measure the clinical meaningfulness of the ADCOMS among patients with MCI due to AD and mild AD dementia by verifying with the ADNI dataset. Evidera has also been requested to come up with a more user-friendly, intuitive scoring system for the ADCOMS that is not based on regression analysis. This analysis will be conducted using data from: 1. The Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) We will conduct ability to detect change, evaluation of clinical meaningfulness, and triangulation.
